Seminar on Knee Replacement & Joints Care by BDPA (INDIA), Ahmedabad
BDPA (INDIA) Ahmedabad in collaboration with Chandra Knee Clinic & Apollo International Hospitals, Ahmedabad conducted a Seminar on “Knee Replacement & Joints Care “on 24.09.2017 from 10.30 to 16.00 hours. The Seminar was conducted in Auditorium of Apollo International Hospitals by Dr. Dhaval Patel with the slides show giving detailed information on Knee Replacement. The Pensioners interacted with the information for about 45 minutes make it live. More than 60 Pensioners took its advantage. The facility of concessional rate X-Ray was availed fully.
Madam Rajashree Bhardaj, GM (HR), Apollo Hospital International accorded hearty welcome to the participants and office bearers of BDPA (INDIA) and said that she is happy that BSNL Pensioners are taking keen interest for their health and have remain present in large number showing their concern for their comforts.
Shri A.N. Patel, Executive President, BDPA (INDIA) thanked the Hospital Management for sponsoring the event for senior citizens which is informative and useful to them. He recalled such seminar conducted by the Hospital in past and expressed gratitude on behalf of pensioners.
Shri D.D. Mistry, GS BDPA (INDIA) said that this is 43rd Seminar conducted by the Association for the welfare of the members and he is happy the Pensioners are taking fullest advantage of Seminar. In the environment of professional competition in medical it is nearly impossible to conduct such Seminar without cooperation from Hospital. He thanked the Hospital Management for arranging free transportation and Lunch for the Pensioners. He assured that the Association will continue to conduct Seminar in other subjects related to age related ailments.
A team of three Doctors of the Hospital examined the Pensioners for three hours and gave them useful guidance.
All the Pensioners dispersed with smiling face at 16.00 hour from the Hospital with the sense of gratitude and satisfaction of getting timely advice to their ailments. S/Shri H.C. Bhatia, R.C. Sharma, K.S Modi, N.G. Parmar and M.C. Waghela extended their helping hand for smooth conduct of Seminar.
