STATUS OF PENSION REVISION CASE IN DELHI HIGH COURT
Today, the captioned matters were listed as Item No. 54 & 56 (along with the connected matter at Item No. 55) before Hon’ble Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Hon’ble Justice Girish Kathpalia at the Delhi High Court. The captioned writ petitions were not taken up for hearing today due to paucity of time since another part heard matter (Item No. 52) fixed for 3:15 PM was taken up. Mr. Gautam Narayan and Ms. Gauri Puri mentioning the matters and requesting for a short date. The matters have been fixed for 23/09/2024 at 3:30 PM and the statement of the Counsels for the Respondents has been recorded that they will not press the contempt petitions before CAT.
