Today, The captioned matter was listed before Hon’ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shanker and Hon’ble Mr Justice Ajay Digpaul as Item 89 and 91 in Court No 05 before Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
Mr Ankur Chhibber along with Ms. Gauri Puri appeared for the Respondents.
When the matter was called, a passover was sought by the the counsel for the Respondent in Item No 90 on behalf of Mr. Sanjoy Ghosh, Sr. Adv.
