The captioned matter was listed today before Hon’ble Mr Justice C. Hari Shankar and Hon’ble Mr Justice Ajay Digpaul as Item No. 28 and 30 in Court No.05 at Hon’ble High Court. Mr. Ankur Chhibber along with Ms. Gauri Puri appeared for the Respondents. The counsel for the Petitioner didn’t appear in the first call, hence the Hon’ble Court, fixed the matter at the end of the board. The matter could not be taken up at the second call due to paucity of time. Now, the matter has been adjourned for 11.03.2025 in Supplementary list. (SNPWA).
