Today our pension revision case contempt petition has been heard in PB CAT court has issued notice for compliance of CAT order of September 2023 within four weeks Next date of hearing is on 3/7/2024.
It was listed as Item 1 before Tarun Shreedhar (Technical Member) and Pratima Gupta (Judicial Member). DoT submitted that WP has been filed against the judgment before the HC. It was observed by the bench that the intent of the HC is clear that it has not granted any relief to Respondents and directed the Tribunal to proceed with contempt. The Bench issued notice in the petition which was accepted by the Counsel Present in Court and directed Respondents to file a compliance affidavit within 4 weeks and adjourned the matter to 3rd July, 2024.
