बेंगलुरू(जेएनएन)। केंद्रीय मंत्री अनंत कुमार का निधन हो गया है। वे कैंसर से पीड़ित थे और रविवार देर रात करीब डेढ़ बजे उन्होंने अंतिम सांस ली। 59 साल के अनंत कुमार का पहले लंदन और न्यूयॉर्क में इलाज चला और 20 अक्टूबर को ही उन्हें बेंगलुरू लाकर एक प्राइवेट अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया था।

Ananth Kumar passes away: Union Minister Ananth Kumar passed away in Bengaluru in the wee hours on Monday. According to television reports, the 59-year-old BJP leader breathed his last at 1:50 am. He was suffering from cancer. Kumar was holding two portfolios of Parliamentary Affairs and Chemicals and Fertilizers in the Modi government.
Anat Kumar had arrived in Bengaluru after undergoing treatment in London and New York. He was admitted to Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Basavanagudi. Kumar represented the Bengaluru South parliamentary constituency as many as six times. Last week, his wife had said that even as the minister was being given a good treatment but severe infection was the cause of concern.
