Both letters were forwarded by concerned Ministries to PMO for further action. Now PMO Office has forwarded the letters to BSNL Corporate Office registering it as grievance and asked Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.G.M. ESTT, to examine and reply.

Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
