Use of Digital Life Certificate for validation of concessional connection provided to BSNL Retired Employees. BSNL Corporate office vide No: BSNL-CO/ADMN/80/2/2020-ADMN dated 04.12.2024 issues detailed instruction to all CGMs for acceptance of DLC and and nominate AGM/SDE under ADMN HR to oversee processing and validation of Digital Life Certificate received via email/messenger for retired employees. This is our second achievement for which we were writing.

On 12th July, 2009 Sunday, The BSNL & DoT Pensioners Association, Gujarat Circle, Ahmedabad had launched its own web www.bdpa.in to cater needs of BSNL & DoT Pensioners of Gujarat in general India in particular. We have incorporated orders on 1st & 2nd Wage Revision in BSNL. We have membership in more than 16 Circles and have formed Circle Branch in Kolkata, W.B. Bihar, J & K, NTR, Gujarat, AP, Chennai Telephones, Tamilnadu, Kerala & Karnataka. We have more than 10000 members throughout the country.
