Visit to Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi.

On 12.08.2015, S/Shri M.R. Vashist, All India President, J.B. Kumpavat, Executive President, A.N. Patel Circle President Gujarat and D.D. Mistry went to Sanchar Bhawan, to meet Shri Narendra K. Yadav,, Member Services, DoT at office to extend invitation to attend and address Open Session of our 2nd AIC on 22.09.2015 at Tagore Hall, Paldi, Ahmedabad. Since he had gone to Parliament, we waited up to 12.30 hours and when he returned, we requested for meeting. He said that he has come for some important and scheduled to go back to parliament quickly so he expressed his inability to meet us but asked his staff to collect Invitation Letter and also other issues requiring his attention. He assured that he will study and do the needful at the earliest. We submitted our letter of invitation and also the letters on following issues.

 

  1. Sub: A request to expedite the issue of 78.2% IDA Merger for BSNL
  2. Sub:  A request to for half yearly Pension Adalat at DoT level..
  3. Sub: A request to forward our demand for same fitment formula for BSNL Pensioners by 7th CPC.
  4. Sub: A request to for supplying important rules on BSNL/DOT Pensioners.

It was gathered the issue is receiving utmost attention and all efforts are being made to get the nod from nodal ministries to finalize the issue at the earliest.
